National Readership of 2.8 readers per copy. Harmon Homes

When your property is entrusted to Janet and
Stuart and Team Realty under an exclusive right to sell
agreement for 180 days or more, our firm assures you that we will:
Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis.
Submit weekly written Feedback Reports on all showings along with
a monthly Marketing Service report on your property once a month,
either by telephone or mail until sold.
Implement the most comprehensive Marketing Plan in the area to insure
a quick sale at the highest possible price.
Place your property in two Multiple
Listing Services.
Place a yard sign within twenty-four hours (24 hours) after executing
a marketing agreement.
Explain various ways to improve your property to effect a quicker
sale.
Propose Financing Alternatives to allow your property to appeal
to the broadest marketplace.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
It is the policy of Team Realty to charge a professional
service fee of 7% of the sales price of the property. We cooperate
completely with other real estate companies and agents and offer
a 50% split to the selling agencies. It is our Office & Professional
Policy not to reduce our fees in order to provide the superior level
of service we offer our clients!!!
